Why, when there are so many good sites readily available?

More often than not I realize I need to write down my recipes.   I'm the type of cook who will look at a recipe then tweak it to make it more pleasing to my family.   So this will be a place where my family can come to see how to make something along with a way for me to remember.    As we get ready to send one child out of the nest I've realized that the time has come to finally start doing what I've been thinking about doing.


Today on the menu are homemade hummus with dried chickpeas and baba ganoush.
